	Property Record Setup

	Property related information is entered in this form under any Group, Client, Portfolio and Company as per requirement. Several sub-forms are attached to it like Property Account, Diary, and Property Manager Record etc.

	Unit Record Setup	up

	Unit related basic all information are entered in this form like unit number, unit type, unit class, unit location, unit photograph, unit annual rent etc. This form contains unit occupancy status indicator which is maintained by the lease status of the unit. Several sub-forms are attached to it like Documents, Measurement, and Diary etc.

	Tenanat Record Setup:	up

	Tenant information is entered in this form with his contact details and legal identification number. Tenant could be any person or any company who agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement. Realpro will generate an auto sequential number as tenant id which will be used in lease set-up to lease the selected unit.

	Lease Setup:	up

	All terms and conditions for a lease agreement between tenant and property owner to lease any unit are entered in this form. With this set-up form RealPro establish relationship between tenant and unit. Several sub-forms are attached to it like financial details, invoice details, early terminations etc.

	Auto Billing:	up

	This is a unique feature of the Realpro which generate invoices for all tenants as per payment schedule defined in Lease Set-Up.

	Leasing Reports :	up

	Leasing modules provide a number of reports like Unit Occupancy Report, Tenant Movement Report, Lease Expiry Report, Tenant Statement of Account, Age Debtor Report etc.
